We always send a proof before we engrave, so please check your messages. Text is limited to 2 lines on this product. Once you approve your proof, we will engrave and no returns will be accepted at that time. Since we specialize in laser engraving and we DO NOT use vinyl, we are unable to add color. Your design is permanent on the spatula and will never wash off or fade away.

We accept returns on items that haven't been engraved. If you'd like to return your item, please reach out within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery to coordinate a return. (We do not cover return shipping)
All of our packages come with insurance. If your item is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, you can file a claim through UPS or USPS and we will replace the item.
